According to the report, the two leading causes of industrial fires included problems with electrical distribution and lighting equipment (accounting for 24% of the total) and issues with heating equipment (16% of the total). The presence of hot embers and ashes also contributed to or started approximately %15 of industrial fires during the recorded years.
